Car park -combustible materials 08.04.2022

Dear Resident.

Following a visit by South Wales Fire & Rescue Service, we are required to ensure that any and all combustible material stored in car parking spaces in undercrofts is removed immediately.

The undercroft parking spaces are designed for vehicles only and the leases for your apartment specifically state that nothing other than a vehicle is to be kept in the parking space.

All material stored in the undercroft parking spaces must therefore be removed. We appreciate that in some cases, this might take a little time to organise. So we would request that any material stored is removed by the end of April.

Should any materials remain after that time, it may be necessary for us to remove them and a charge may be levied against the leaseholder for such removal.
